has worked in all aspects of fitness - from boxing and calisthenics to endurance training and Olympic lifting.

Stephanie started in the fitness industry in 2017, and never looked back! After becoming a certified personal trainer, she rose to the role of studio manager. Her passion for fitness and the love of her clients make her an unstoppable leader. After a year at OFC she had lost 60lbs, and was helping those around her CRUSH their goals.

John has been practicing various forms of boxing and martial arts for more than 30 years, and coaching for more than 20. A certified personal trainer and former professional kickboxer, he has trained clients at every level, from hobbyists just looking to get in shape, to actively cornering professional fighters.
